1. Force quit on Mobile
If on mobile, force-quit the app completely. Try launching the app and signing in again.
- Android: To force close an app, on Android, go to Settings > Apps, select the app, and tap "Force stop".
- iPhone: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to see the app switcher, find the app, and swipe up on its preview card to close it.
2. Make sure you're fully set up on Web
If the error persists on mobile, then switch to web, and make sure your account is fully set up, as it may be stuck in setup.
In your web browser, open a new tab and navigate to socrait.app. Try signing in there.
If the spinner persists on web too, then verify the user is using a Chrome-based browser: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge.
