Why don't I see the Download Links in the App Store?

1. Check the Operating System

If your phone operating system is too old, you'll need to update it!

Currently we support these operating systems:

- iPhone: iOS 15.1+ 
- Android: 7.0 (API Level 24) "Nougat" +

If your phone will not update to at least these operating systems, we're sorry but you won't be able to use Socrait.

2. Check the Login Email

On Android, If you have logged into your Google Play store using your school email, then your school controls what you can and can't download. Try changing to use a personal email as the main email on your Play Store, and you should see the download link for Socrait just fine. Here's how to change the email on the Google Play store.

NOTE: You can still use your school email for logging in to Socrait, it was just the downloading of apps that was controlled by your school (and you probably did that by accident).
