If your classes are not set up in Socrait, go to one of these first:
1. Log in on Mobile, Press Stream.
Before class, open and log in to the Socrait mobile app. Press the purple “Stream” button to start streaming. Turn off the screen to save battery life (or it will go off automatically).
TIP: Don’t rapidly start and stop the app. Keep Socrait running through the class duration.
2. The Phone Mic Needs to Follow You!
If you have a Socrait phone pouch, turn the phone upside down and put it in the pouch. Teach your class. Want a phone pouch? We'll send you one here.
TIP: You don’t have to have a phone pouch to use Socrait. If you are used to using some other wearable mic-enabled device with your phone, just make sure the mic is connected, and use that!
3. Press Stop at the End of Class
At the end of your class, stop streaming by pressing the square Stop button.
TIP: It’s best to let Socrait stream for the entire class period and not start/stop the process.
4. View Your Class Data!
On your computer, go to Socrait.app and log in with the same email to see your class data.
